It reminds me of one of those 12 ton, turntable/AM-FM stereo consoles of the 60's and 70's.

It is either a Victor 10-69 with a replacement radio and turntable, or the later RCA-Victor set that used the leftover cabinets. The RCA was an RAE-68. In either case, the original radio has been replaced.

That os the cabinet form an Automatic Electrola 10-69, bereft of its troublesome second series changer and explosive amplifier.
I WANT!
Pity it's in Dallas.

Beat me to it!
By the way, the surviving speaker grille and the location of the replacement radio chassis suggest that this was an RAE-68, with its Radiola 82 receiver and the 10" only changer.
