How many antique phonographs do you own?

I can't remember whether this has been polled before, but after hearing more about some other people's collections, I started getting curious. personally, I've been doing a lot of downsizing over the past few years since I sold my house and so far as phonographs, at this point what I have is about a quarter of what I used to have, although it's still about two dozen machines (that is, if you don't include the few that I've "given" to my parents).

I have 15 at this point, including two with electric amplification (a Radiola 47 and a late '50s "New Orthophonic" RCA hi-fi), 6 portables, and 3 with outside horns. I've sold about 4 along the way.

I have 43 just now, I think. At times I've owned as many as two-hundred-sixteen.

More than 50, but not many more (I hope!).
To be honest, I haven't counted them for a good 2 years and last time I did, I had 43. I know I've bought more than 7 machines since then, but not too many more. I probably should do a head count, but sometimes I think I'm better off not knowing lol.
Do we include original machines with an electric motor that reproduce acoustically, and wind-up machines that reproduce electrically :?
I hate to think what the number would be if I included all the radiograms, 78 era record players with & without built in amps, and my tube radios too, but I think I'd come close to doubling my more than 50

yes, I was just trying to keep it simple, so any antique (without debating how many years old something must be to qualify) phonographs, electric or wind-up, the sort that are generally discussed on the forum. the survey was just to satisfy my curiosity more than anything else regarding how many people typically have, and whether large amounts, close to 50 or more, are very common.

Two.

'Fraid I'm just not a phonograph collector, and likely never will be. Though, there are a couple of models (like those of EMG) that I wouldn't mind owning someday, for function.

I still have 9. I sold 4 right before we moved to our current location a little over a year ago. We're in a smaller house, & I really need to sell a couple more for space reasons. Maybe I'll get around to it next spring. It's difficult to decide which should stay & which should go. :?

You could always bring the machines inside and ship the wife out to the barn ;) :D
