help with spring motor
Could someone post a exploded view of a old 3 spring victrola motor. or email me with a phone number so I can call and ask a few questions thanks

While the reference given is helpful, the motor pictured is different in some significant ways than your 3 spring motor. The motor shown is a post 1917 "Burton" motor which was never made in a 3 spring configuration. It was made as a 1, 2 and four spring unit. The 1 and 2 spring models have single barrels and the 4 spring has 2. Your 3 spring motor probably has 2 barrels; a single and a double. I'm not sure but I think I have seen Victor motors with 3 barrels as well, although I may be getting things confused on that one. The 3 spring motors also use very different methods of attaching the springs and several other significant details are different as well.
If you could post a picture of your motor, the model of the Victrola, the date on the patent sticker and your specific questions it would help us to give you the help you need.
