Hello all!

Can anyone here advise of a way to ship an upright cabinet Victrola (i.e. a Victor Credenza) from the UK to the USA?

Many, many thanks!

If it is a Credenza, it would have to be pretty special as I think the shipping would be something else! You could try a shipping company, i.e., a merchant ship. It might possibly not be so bad but I feel a standard shipper might be fairly expensive...

I'm just wondering if anyone has ever shipped a piece like a Victor Credenza from the UK/Europe to the USA via surface shipping. Have any of you all done that? If so, is there a firm you would recommend using?

Many thanks!

Please note: the piece in question is pretty special.

Garrett, I think Ron Haring has shipped Credenzas overseas (Japan). Talking with him might be a place to start.
