Trim Pieces for an 8-12

I have a Victrola VV8-12 that needs the center decoration above the doors and the top corner decorations just below the top edge. Apparently a rat got into the area and ate them 
Anyway, I'm not a real happy camper over this one... Anyone who has any of these for sale, please let me know.
