Help Wanted Columbia BK

Recently purchased a BK with an arm on the right end of the feed screw. Move it one way for 2 minute and the other way for 4 min cylinders? I move it for the 4 minute and the feed screw stops running. Anyone know what could be wrong?

That is indeed a lever for 2/4 minute. If it isn't rotating in the 4 minute position then it must be missing the reduction gear behind the existing center gear between the mandrel and feedscrew, which slows down the rotation of the feedscrew. Unfortunately mine is inaccessible at the moment or I'd get some closeup pictures.
