Looking for a tone arm and "U" for a victor vv-vi talking machine. I have one, but it is in need of drastic nickel plating. If anyone does it at a reasonable price, let me know. I you have one with decent nickel, let me know. Thanks. [email protected]

thanks

The VV-VI was made for such a long time and went through several variations including different tone arms. It might help if you posted a photo of the one you'd like to replace. Jerry

Looks like that arm got attacked with fairly coarse sandpaper. It could be machine-buffed to remove the scratches but all the nickel will be gone.
The knobs on that model were just like the ones on the larger Victrolas, only smaller. Yours got replaced at some time.
