does anyone know if there is someone in the st louis area that can remove the spring drum and regrease it or tell me how to remove them?

how many barrels is it? Just type in phonograph mainspring in Youtube and there some videos. Might take caution when doing it. Good Luck. I'm in Indiana and I'll be doing my VV-VI within the week probably. I'll take some photos for you
