Did anyone buy the Credenza in Phoenix?

There was a Credenza with brass reproducer for $300 in Phoenix. I was too
slow on the draw and its "history". Just curious if any board members were
lucky enough to swoop on it.

It was there for over a week. I am planning a trip to Arizona but could not get away
fast enough. The picture of the reproducer is attached. The gold is rough but its brass.
The OC one looks pretty good but its too steep for me ($695). Not sure if it has a brass repro though.

I saw it too and I've been looking for one! Just a little too far to drive with the high gas prices.

Hi All,
I have a 4 door but for $300 and it was 20 minutes away I went and looked. Gold plating was shot and reproducer was not brass and had some fairly large cracks. Top was very rough and somehow someone had managed to crack out a section of the top panel where the hinge screws the top to the panel. All could be fixed but the doors were also missing some trim. I have enough projects. If the top was good and reproducer was brass I would have bought it-but like I said- enough projects.

I got the Phoenix Credenza with brass reproducer for $300. Only a 14 hour drive. But it was listed for ten days, I finally got off my butt. It was in pieces. Glued it back together and oiled finish but motor weak, springs lost tension. Got four new springs from Ron Sitko, will install them Saturday.
BTW the Orange Credenza is clearly refinished and has therefore lost value, that is why no one wants it.
