It's been quite some time ago since my last contribution to the music section, because I was busy doing other things. But from now one I will post more frequently, I promise. My contribution for today is one of my favorite recordings by Jan Garber and His Orchestra from the 1920's, before his style changed radically in the 1930's.

There's A Blue Ridge In My Heart Virginia, recorded June 29, 1926 on Victor 20114B. Enjoy!

Bart, thanks for posting the Jan Garber record. I noted the absence of a vocal refrain--somewhat unusual for 1926.
