Victor Fiber / Paper Mache Horn

I recently acquired a Victor fiber or paper mache horn with woodgrain finish. What's the best method to clean and preserve one of these horns? The finish is in excellent condition overall with only a few scattered areas of finish loss and two small areas around the horn rim which look like old repairs, probably many years ago. I'd appreciate hearing from others with experience in restoration and maintenance of this type of horn. Thanks.

It is clean and better preserved than 99.9% of those in existance. Dust it regularly, keep it dry and don't drop it. Best thing to do to it is nothing.
