What's the best method to repair / replace the leather in a Victor external Bullet Brake? Thanks for your reply.

An old sewing machine belt will work. If you cant find one, go to a leather craft store and these should help you out.

If there isn't much left to the old brake leather, you may have to dig out the old stuff with something sharp, like a small screwdriver, etc. Then you sort of just shove the new one in. If it's too wide, just trim a bit off.

Yeah, the old leather is worn down completely. So the new leather is just inserted tightly, sort of a friction fit?

Does anyone supply replacement leather cut specifically to fit the Victor bullet brake?

Thanks very much.

Yes, Ron Sitko has it. (What doesn't he have?)
