Interesting Union trip purchases - Look!

Here are a few photos of things purchased on my driving trip from Oregon to Illinois and back for the Union show. My big purchases were some wonderful record cabinets but they are not quite ready for photos. Jerry Blais

Those are some nice finds. I never find anything like that when looking in the shops. Must be my bad eye sight. I guess I'll have to keep my eye's open
I love those glass horns. I'll have one some day! Guess I will have to find a machine to put it on first
Can't wait to see more Union finds. Jan.

The glass horn is a beauty. Do they sound any different from metal ones?

The Gem with the glass horn sounds OK but the small end of the horn has a small opening. I suspect it would sound better if the opening was larger. I have not seen or inspected an original glass horn so I no way of knowing if an old one had a larger opening. I have to admit that I bought the new glass horn because they look so terrific and it made DeeDee very happy. Whenever I can buy a phono item that DeeDee likes, it's a win win. I try never to miss out on a win win. Jerry
