The little horn looks nice but there's nothing I couldn't assemble myself with much more little financial expenses. To my personal taste I think, a wooden base would have been more elegant.

I'd rather prefer to hook up an old 20's radio horn speaker to my Android phone.

A really clever idea and I like it, but way overpriced.

I've actually jury rigged a gizmo so I can sit the iphone on my Victrola turntable, remove the soundbox and play the phone through that horn. The sound is surprisingly good. Also NOT $999

I just take my headphones, and stick one the earbuds into the rubber tube of my morning glory horn. It fills my room with sound then.

i have the ultimate sound dock i just take my ipod (very rarely used!) then drop it down the bell of a emg mk 9 horn, it works quite well and i have listened to entire albums for long times on end like that
