What brand machine is this??

On a local antique website, mostly interested in motors to salvage, but does anyone recognize this machine?
The machine looks like a Columbia client machine marketed by the Consolidated Talking Machine Co. in Chicago. It appears to have a swapped motor and portable phonograph hardware.
