I am offering my Mahogany Opera for sale, it is in 100% original condition with no seperation on the horn. The metal horn elbow paint is about 75-80% intact. I have not cleaned this unit, just dusted it off. Please have a look at my previous posts for pictures . It has the Concert name plate. Let me know if you are interested and i will take any pictures you require. Again this model is in very good working order and is 100% original.

The Grease that has come from the motor over time, and made its way to the bed plate and decal appears to make this player look less appealing then it really is. I dont feel comfortable cleaning it, that is why I have left it as is. I will change the price to reflect the time one will spend cleaning up this gem.

I'm not exactly sure of the best way to clean that bedplate but I think it could be done with extreme caution. I commend you for leaving it as is. You have nice, untouched original machine. They are very hard to find. If I did not already have a nice Opera I'd have PM'd you by now!

And if I could possibly afford one at the moment, I'd have done the same! Nice machine, it's about the only one left besides a 1A I'd love to own!

Fot those of you who are sitting on the fence. This is a nice machine in very good condition.

Regrettably, my side of the fence doesn't have $4500 to spare at the moment. I would LOVE this Opera.
