Unknown Columbia Grafonola

Hello,
I currently have an old Grafonola that we pulled out of my partners Grandmothers house.
I am hoping some of you might be able to help identify it and possibly provide a value.

I can't find that exact model in my reference book, but you look to have a "period" Columbia Grafonola circa late teens early twenties. Probably originally had a decorative grille in front of the horn opening. A significant machine very worthwhile preserving. Certainly worth a good deal more than a run-of-the-mill Grafonola, but not certain what the current market may be.
