Hello,
I currently have an old Grafonola that we pulled out of my partners Grandmothers house.
I am hoping some of you might be able to help identify it and possibly provide a value.
Here is a link to some pictures:

Scott, I looked through my copy of Baumbach's " Columbia Phonograph Companion Volume II" and did not see your machine. Is it possible that your model came from England or Europe? The book shows examples of machines produced by the American Graphophone Company. It looks like your machine has some missing over the horn opening. Earlier Grafonolas had doors and slightly later ones had louvers. Your machine looks very interesting and I wish I could be more help. Jerry Blais

Scott, you two need to get back to grandma's house and look for the grille again! It is of course one of Columbia's "period" offerings. The pics in the Baumbach book do show compatible grille designs should you get a craftsman to make a replacement.

Well, it's not pictured in my copy, either; but it's clearly a "Period" model - another Gothic of some sort...

I can't support it though a link either but I do recall that many manufactures made that type cabinet as Art Cabinets on special order. The thing I think most unusual about it is that it is rather narrow compared most similar designs I have seen. Either way its a real jewel and I would be happy to own it.

Here is a link to a set of machines some of which are in the family of design but this one is a variation for sure.

Mine is the same as in Larry's post. I didn't look there first. As can be seen, mine required a lot of work to get off the "restoration" done prior to my getting it.
