Edison Concert crank with tag

Has anybody seen an Edison Concert crank with National Phono Co tag? One can be seen in this ad:
I've never seen one outside of the woodcut used for this and other ads. I would think that by 1899 the National crank tags had run their course. I'm betting that it's an artist's impression. But I'd love to lose that bet if somebody can show a real one of these!
