Don Maxwell had the Vitaphone ande Double-Bell Wonder.
According to Don these are the only two known that still have their original untouched bedplates.
All other examples have had the lettering ground off due to patent infringement.
The Vitaphone was $19000.oo, and The Double-Bell Wonder was $35000.oo.

$35000! Interesting. This looks like the exact same Double-Bell Wonder that was at a huge phonograph auction in western Massachusetts last September, the paint job on the horns is the dead giveaway. I believe the hammer price was under $20k, or in that neighborhood, the high bidder was a phone bidder, too, so that also makes sense. Not a bad profit if he ended up selling it!

I've posted a hasty video on youtube of the Union show. It shows the setup, a brief walk down the isles, and a few of the attendees. Also, there is a short look at the outside of the Victorian Palace.

The video is in 3D, although you can select to watch it in 2D if you prefer. If you watch it in 3D, there are several choices of format.
