Something about that winding handle on the crank looks completely "non-Victor" to me....

Hi Sean, What part? I do notice there is a little "tail" at the end of the knob. Could this be a variation?

That's the part, I can't say I've ever seen one with that "tail" on the handle on any Victor. Lots of other makes like Brunswicks did. Could be the handle was replaced with another?
