Hi there,
I was wondering what you are using to clean your wood horn, wood cabinet, and metal on a victor v? Mine has an original finish that I do not want to damage. Also, I know that victor horns have a tendency to have tiny splits crack, so do you treat them with anything to keep them from drying?
Lastly, how often to you oil the springs, etc?
Thanks again!

I've always thought that off all the wooden horns, Victors are the most durable because they were made of layers of veneer. The small Victor horns appear to be made from scraps of veneer that fit together like a jig saw puzzle. I would use a finish feeder if a horn or cabinet appeared to be dry. Jerry Blais
