That's interesting but over here in Ol' Blighty, things are very different it might appear and they would never do such things! You won't see a Sotheby's board advertising property available to any old "riff raff"! They might sell grand houses and estates but that's about it.
That has been my observation here across the pond in Florida as well. I do see Sotheby's real estate signs from time to time, but they are always on high-end property.

I will clarify and say that this is in Saratoga Springs NY where property values are very high- but it was still a weedy lot on an alley behind two other buildings- The handsome new house that has been built on the site has a view of our storage building and parking lot.
