I don't think it's an Edison product the way it's configured now. I would agree it was an H19 at one time. The works has been since refitted into another cabinet and a repro Edison decal pasted under the lid.

The cabinet looks like it was built around the oak motor frame for size, and not like any H-19 to me. The mech does look like it fits very nicely in the cabinet.
