We have a good idea of how many Edison and Victor machines were produced.
However, what about the small manufacturers like Cheney, Magnola, Empire, Aeolian-Vocalian, Mandel etc.?
How many did they produce? We may never know exactly? I own a Magnola, and would I be off by saying they probably produced less than 500 machines?
