Horn ID

Rooting around my storage building and found this horn. Anyone know what machine it belongs to? Has a sticker on it - photo included. Measurements are from bottom to top (where reproducer would go) is 10 ⅞ inches, the mouth of the horn is 7 ⅝ wide and 7 ⅛ high.
