WANTED: Edison Cabinet Tubes and Caps

Post by need4art »

I recently picked up a nice 6 drawer cabinet for cylinders, in very good condition but not one tube in it. It is also missing the hardware that allows the drawers to drop down slightly and not fall out. I remember that someone was selling the tubes and caps but for the life of me cannot find out who they are. I am looking for hardware as well.

Thx for the help in advance
Abe

There are some on eBay. He gave me a price of $300 plus $45 shipping for 300 of them. Here is the link.

Dang,
I used to make them. I sold Tim a bunch. If there selling for that much, maybe I should make up a bunch. I made them for these. Made the cabinets also.

I only made 50, 10 in mahogany. But I still have the caps for the tubes somewhere. I should make another 50. They sold in 3 days. Heres a picture when I was working on them.

Tim no longer carries them, but he referred me tonight to Jim Reisenweber (amberola75(AT)aol.com). Hopefully that will work for both of us!

I just sent an email to [email protected] and it was returned as undeliverable, is this the correct email address?
