I purchased a pair of reproduction Victrola IV knobs from Walt Summers of Gettysburg Antique Center.
He regularly sells on eBay.

It's only missing the one and the remaining one is original. I'll give it a little while to see what turns up. If I can't find one then I might consider a reproduction set. Thanks for all the info.
