WANTED: terpophon gramophone parts

Hi all,i am wondering if you could help me ,i recently got a Terpophon gramophone but some parts are missing .i attach a photo,the plate where the tone arm fits on the motor board is missing also the speed control knob and three govenor springs which are extremely short ,hoping for help.thank you
