Andreas, Sorry if I missed you posting this information already. However, did you find this pedestal/stand in Brasil..??. Also, the stand appears to be tapered. So, is there record storage in the bottom..??.
I for one would love to read more on this please. You mention the bracket appears to be upside down compared to the other...??. It is possible this bracket can be installed the other way..??.

Re: New member on the forum
Gramophone78 Hello, I found this piece here in Brazil, with a friend collector, there is a sign on it of a national company, above the lateral decal Zonophone therefore was sent to the country for a long time.
The enclosure has lockable door and three internal compartments, one for each length records, 7 inch, 10 inch, 12 inch and the 7 fit in the bottom of the enclosure, when the reversed piece, without all the support but the decoration flower-shaped, is below the axis of the lyre that holds the horn is only one small piece that I believe to be reversed, the correct is like the image below.
A friendly hug, you can ask the will.

Here is the side of the cabinet in oak, with the door key and inside there are three compartments for storing discs in three sizes.

Andreas there is a long thread in which many forum members have shared pictures of their collections http://forum.talkingmachine.info/viewto ... f=2&t=3543. Yes, there are many rare and beautiful machines, but your collection is amazing as well.Andreas Gramophones wrote: Is there any way I can see your collection? is there any topic in which you present them?

I would also encourage you to look at the "Featured Phonographs" in the Archives section of this forum. Maybe you would be willing to create a Featured Phonograph of your Zonophone with the amazing stand and the Concert horn? There are instructions on how to post a Featured Phonograph also in the Archives section.
Thanks
Andreas

I love the line in that advert talking about the horn - the combined dimensions permit disks to be heard in the open air at five hundred metres distance.

Andreas,
Welcome to the forum. You've collected some really amazing things and they are displayed so nicely! Thanks for sharing.
As an aside, my wife and I visited your beautiful city a few years ago. We had a wonderful time.
