WANTED: Edison Standard crane
I'm looking for a horn crane for an Edison Standard; mine is a model D. I know that repro cranes are available but I already have the "foot" and the stand-off bracket and was hoping that someone might have the rod components alone for sale. I jury-rigged one from hardware store parts but it looks pretty chintzy.

I was in the same situation. Ron Sitko sells all the individual parts of reproduction cranes separately. I just bought the rod, chain and hook and am pretty happy with it.

Re: WANTED: Edison Standard crane
Do you have an "original" foot or repro? Originals have a pin in the hole of the foot that keeps the crane rod from rotating - repros don't. If you have an original, repro rods won't have the matching slot, but you can grind one in the end with an angle grinder and cutoff wheel.
