The Yale Bluebird is a very special machine to me.It was given to my mom by Jerry Donnell when my sister Grace, myself.and our mom rode down in Grace's Ford truck when we went down to Jerry's to pick up a C-250 Diamond Disc machine that was purchased in 1919 by Minerva Witz from E.F.Droop and Sons in Washington,DC.We also picked up a Credenza. We remember sitting on Jerry's porch when he brought the Bluebird out to mom.Jerry said to her,"NOW you have a victrola!"That was on September 10,2002(12 years ago yesterday).I recently had it done by Tim Fabrizio.Mine and Grace's mom passed away in 2011,and Jerry is gone now as well. The Yale Bluebird remeinds me of both of them!
