A friend of mine is reproducing guitar parts on a CNC machine. His dad is an engineer and does the drafting and programming. The family owns the machine. I mentioned needing a source for Victrola 10-50 parts and he is interested in reproducing them. Does anyone know if Victor 10-50 gear sets are available? Last I heard, a man in Florida was making them over 10 years ago, but had since ceased.
What other parts would people like reproduced? Please submit ideas and photos.

Re: Taking requests for replica parts
Well here is one-got a great 6 drawer cylinder cabinet without any tubes and caps and that problem is solved. But it is also missing the units that drop down on each side of the drawer that allows it to drop down at an angle but not fall out. I have seen them but since I have none I cannot post a picture. Perhaps some forum member can help. There is of course a left and a right side and I am missing them all.

Re: Taking requests for replica parts
There are so many replica parts we need out there.
I think with the large number of Heineman motors and the fiber gears going bad, would be nice to have new governor drive gears made of brass or neoprene to replace the worn out fibre.
Would be nice to see the early bull gear and governor shaft and early winding ratchet gear made for early Victors.

Re: Taking requests for replica parts
You are going to get so many requests that it's not even funny. Here's my proposal...
Replica EMG and Expert soundboxes
That alone is a massive project.

Abe, I contacted Leerock Foundry about these about a year ago. They said they can make them but they would have to beef up areas to make them stronger. Castings are more brittle than pressed steel. I would love to get a set too. I think I have only one of each side.
