Columbia Machines

Post by dutchman »

Was rooting around yesterday in my storage room and came upon 5 - 7-inch Victor records. All are Marches by Sousa's band. In addition found a small 48 page book by the Columbia Co. Has factory info/specs on about 13 Columbia disc and cylinder machines. Very interesting, info on the type and color of horn that came with the machine. Tone arm attachments, horns, horn stands, price lists on everything, very interesting.

    dutchman,

Yes, that booklet looks very interesting, most likely very good info in there. There are four Columbia disc machines here, and we like them very much.

I have that same booklet, both original and a copy. It is very informative showing disk machines, cylinder machines and all the accessories. Great find.

Yes the booklet is a reprint 1973. I got a bit light headed reading the price list. Have a good weekend.
