A friend in the Eugene area checked it out for me. It is still available as of 12:45 at a price of $200. Grills are available for about $150 and a good reproducer is $100+. Anyone interested? Jerry

I called back late in the day and the person running the sale said she was selling for another party. I was also told she wanted $225. I offered to give her information about a replacement grill and was told she could find it for herself. Sometimes you can't help someone even when you have good intentions. Jerry Blais

Hi folks,

A-250 or B-250? It has the drawers that were specific to the Diamond Disc Phonographs, as opposed to the modified drawers of the Amberol 1.

I didn't drive to check it out. It's either an A or B-250. Jerry

Thanks, Jerry.

As much as I would love to jump on this if it were close enough to me, I have no idea where I would put it! I cringe at the thought of it living in my garage...maybe once I lose a kid or two, the bedrooms will be used.
