FOR SALE: Victor V #24 Horn - Price Lowered

I am selling the largest Victor flowered horn intended for the Victor V. It's a very sound horn but, as you can see in the photos, it was repainted long ago. The price delivered to Union or APS is $175. The buyer is the first person to say "SOLD!". I'm happy to answer questions or interest.
