Thanks all - I'll have some more time over the weekend to give it a closer look. My mahogany XI is S/N 845190 and after taking a few rough measurements of the crank hole with respect to the cabinet and size of the motorboard on both, they appear to be laid out the same way. It does appear that whoever removed the guts also took out the hardware that the motorboard would pivot on and corner brackets that the front screws get fastened to, but I'm pretty sure I've seen those listed on the auction site also. There does seem to be a lot of mahogany motorboards as Andreas pointed out and horn louvers for sale, and if the oak ones don't pop up that often, I may opt to go that route. Again, this will be a fun project and will try and do this without breaking the bank.
