Does anyone recognize whose hardware is in the mystery machine ?

While it may be an "off-brand", but a decent looker, with attractive veneer...

First, there is no mystery regarding this machine. like in the US, Canada had it's fair share of furniture and cabinet makers start to get on the "talking machine" wagon offering "off brand" cases & complete machines.

I believe the motors in some M&R models were in fact Heinemann & Meisselbach motors imported from the US.

It certainly is a good looker, I especially like the oak. I just sold a beautiful oak Brunswick that
had a very striking veneer.

M&R might have built the cabinet- with both pianos and organs coming out of the factory they had the ability.

Vince, I may still have a few extras of the second record. It also has two of the same early recordings on it. However, the content is basically the same as the first. Again, this is a square paper record for use on a modern table. I just need to remember where I put them now... .

PM me if you would like one and I will look. :). You just cover the shipping.
