The Columbia Baby Regant. Page 231 in The Complete Talking Machine by Eric Reiss. According to the Book it's list price is $1,000. ;)

I have one with a matching, serpentine Regina Style 50 music box atop it. Great looking combo, and exactly what Regina had in mind when they made Reginaphones with Columbia components.
