Yes, certainly. They play excellent on my three-spring motor gramophone (DGAG Monarch No. 15) of 1903.edisonplayer wrote:Would getting a Pathé adapter to use on my Victor II be better to play the Pathé discs?edisonplayer

I little FYI for you.....A Victor 2 has the worst tracking error of all the number line. If you own Eric Riess' book, you can read up on this.edisonplayer wrote:Would getting a Pathé adapter to use on my Victor II be better to play the Pathé discs?edisonplayer
Not a machine you will want to play your "better" records on by any means....

When did those mugs in Camden finally get a handle on that tracking issue ?gramophone78 wrote:I little FYI for you.....A Victor 2 has the worst tracking error of all the number line. The Victor III doesn't fare much better. It's impossible to play Rex or Pathés on mine with a Pathé adapter. The XVI and VI play well but of course the Brunswick Ultona outperforms them all.gramophone78 wrote:I little FYI for you.....A Victor 2 has the worst tracking error of all the number line.
