Wow. I really like that horn! It kind of has an Arts and Crafts feel to it.

this is a german horn it was used on many namles external horn machines from that country(but also on some swiss and french machines) and i also sometimes see it on machine from the lindstrom line(like parlophone beka a.o.)it would also have been used on the german columbia's since linstrom was the importer of that brand in germany (irony!!!??)
it comes in many colors and the spray painted deco can differ(and in a lot of cases isn't there) as well that it can differ in size

i have no idea as who made them or if it was even 1 company it could be many

The horn and elbow is a bonus. They are seldom found here in the USA. I hope you restore the Columbia Ideal back to original.
