Phonolamp help

Hello,
I am trying to restore my Model C Phonolamp. I have sent the motor out to be rewound and learned my first lesson. They want to know which way the motor should turn. I did not include gear that attaches to the platter which would have made this a lot easier. Is there there anyone who can answer this question? If not I will send the gear to ensure the correct direction. (I want to say the motor needs to turn counterclockwise according to the attachment that they sent me with the yellow circle around the motor).
Any help will be greatly appreciated!

The governor should spin counter-clockwise.
