WANTED: Edison Gem lid

Post by stevel »

Key Wind Edison Gem lid wanted - on the basis that anything is better than nothing any condition will do.
I'm in the UK but will pay shipping from anywhere.
Thanks
Steve

You might want to mention which Gem lid you need. Model A key wind Gem lids do not have a slot on the side. Model B crank Gems have lids with slots. The Model D lid has a slot and is very slightly different from the B lid. I believe a B lid can be modified for use on a D but I'm not sure. Jerry

Thanks Jerry - mine's key wind but doesn't mention model designation.Serial is G113372 if that makes a difference.

I believe there is more variety within the Gem Model A category than any other specific Edison Model. Are the branded Gem lids the same size as the Banner cased Gem A lids? Jerry
