FOR SALE: 1905 Victor I phonograph ($750.00) [WITHOUT HORN]

Very nice 1905 Victor I, machine looks nice and plays thru a full 12” record.
Original finish had been top-coated when I got it, so I cleaned it and waxed it. Back bracket is in good shape and displays well. Metal parts have been cleaned and polished, and the turntable has replacement period felt. I rebuilt the reproducer and replaced the back flange and it sounds great. Top of elbow shows some dents, it appears that the crank was repaired? at some time, and the escutcheon, crank, and some metal parts show pitting and nickel loss. I believe the motor had been rebuilt before I got it with incorrect governor weights and a new spring, and it plays very well.

Overall a very nice machine for the price! Please check out all pictures to get an idea of the actual condition of this machine. I have added a video of this machine playing a 12” victor record. All you have to do is add a horn. Buyer pays $40.00 for shipping.
