This appears to be a Kameraphone De Luxe. There is no horn as such. The socket into which the tonearm fits is cut away to allow the sound to be reflected by the lid.
Collecting these miniature machines is almost a hobby within a hobby. They can look very good when grouped for display, but most of them are better seen than heard.
