Early 2 spring motor on Ebay (no gear reduction on arbor)

No sure what this would be for but appears to be early, Need a governor.

This motor was used on the earliest VV VI and the VV VIII. The governor was used in the smaller out side horn machines and early, smaller Victrolas. Cliff is right, the motor is circa 1911-12, maybe '13.
