Is this a photo of the actual horn? Is it dent free and rust free and scratch free? How is the paint? Would it be the appropriate size for a Victor 3?

Just 3 more questions :

1) Is it a 9 panel or 10 panel?
2) Are you sure that it is 24' across ? That would seem large for a vic 3 or 4.

It looks to me as if it's been repainted. I've never seen such bright gold lines on an original Victor horn before.

It is the way I took the picture. They are not that bright. It was dark and I am lazy. If anyone wants pictures, I can take some. It really is a very nice horn. Here is one that better represents it.
