I just got my Diamond C reproducer back from him last month with a new Bruce diamond stylus, he does superb work and kept me updated with emails letting me know exactly what needed done during the rebuild. Top rate service, it was worth every penny! :D

Mine took 6 months, but I did say there was no hurry when I sent it in and he was very busy at that time. It's well worth the wait though!

There may be a delay due to the Bruce Stylus. I know that he is expecting a new order from them this month, what I can't say is how many of the original batch are gone, but I suspect most if not all are. I am also waiting for one.

He told me that I contacted him at the perfect time and I think I got the last one of the original order.

Steve is top class. I think he has rebuilt around 10 or more Edison automatic reproducers and a standard speaker for me. They are always professionally done and the pricing is excellent too. Always worth the wait!

He has my Diamond A right now. Just from his initial emails, describing its issues, I can tell he knows what he's talking about and he'll do an excellent job.

The Model O did come back from Steve today. It looks great, he cleaned it up, but it also sounds really great. I don't think I would be exaggerating much to say that it is almost twice as loud, and very clear.
