There is no such thing as a 21" Victor flower horn. The sizes are 17,19,22 and 24 inch. Again, the error lies in the seller's information. What you really want for your Vic.III is a #19 or 19". That is the correct "standard" flower horn for it.

Sorry, I'm still trying to understand what the seller wrote "I will have to find it and take some pictures. I honestly thought it was a 24 inch horn.".

You don't know where it is, but it's for sale... . Man, am I even more confused than Charlie.
