Odd Reproducer
I found this on eBay. I could not find any markings on it. It is quite large and weighs nearly a pound. I don't understand the counterweight and lever on it either. Anyone know what it is? Why the side weight?

Re: Odd Reproducer
This looks like a reproducer that could have been originally used on an Oro-Tone lateal adapter. Someone mounted the counterweight for better tracking, most likely.

Actually, I believe that this may have been part of an Oro-Tone home recording outfit.

Re: Odd Reproducer
I weighed the reproducer and it is 15 ounces. I would be afraid to use it as a reproducer. It would cut up records. Thanks for the replies!
